Any cinemas that play classic films?

So I've thought of an interesting idea. I've always had an interest in
old films and films that are seen as "classics". So I thought to
myself, what if there were movie theaters that only showed old black
and white films and other classics that span from the 20's up to the
70's and even 80's. I always think of how neat it would be to see an
old black and white classic back on the bigscreen. So I've had this
idea about one day (if I ever had enough money) to open up a big,
fancy cinema (like today's) and have it play these films. My question
is, do you think that people would be interested in black and white
films? How popular do you think it will be with today's film fanatics?
